80+ Historic Properties Saved or Protected

Since 1975, Historic Salisbury Foundation has worked to preserve residential, commercial and industrial buildings throughout Salisbury and Rowan County. Most of these historic properties were purchased by Historic Salisbury Foundation, deed restricted to give long term protection, and then resold to sensitive buyers who agreed to rehabilitate and use the buildings. A number of properties were stabilized or partially rehabilitated by the Foundation before resale.
