The Hall House, showcase of the West Square Historic District and owned by the Historic Salisbury Foundation, is open for tours weekends from 1 pm to 4 pm, or by special request. For thirty five years, volunteers of the Foundation have been collecting and researching information on Dr. Hall, who was an educator, a Civil War doctor and a businessman. The picture that emerges from this research of Dr. Hall and his family will both surprise and fascinate any lover of Southern history.
