Historic Salisbury Foundation supporters,
The Foundation has been following the development of COVID-19 very closely and is dedicated to keeping our community safe and healthy. Given the precautions local and state schools and organizations are taking, and in consideration for our volunteers, staff, and patrons, the Foundation will be adjusting some of our ongoing and upcoming events.
The Rowan County History Class will be adjusted for the remainder of the classes. Rowan Museum Director, Aaron Kepley, will film the final speakers and distribute that material to class members. Please call the Rowan Museum with questions about this. This year’s class participants will also be able to attend History Class field trips next year, free of charge.
The Historic Salisbury Foundation Hall House will be closed for the next three weekends, and in late March, the Foundation will evaluate a re-opening date.
For April events and meetings, please continually check back. We will be making more decisions in the coming week about the best way to keep everyone healthy as well as adhere to the guidelines Governor Cooper set forth.
